Answer:

Question: Write a letter to the editor of a news complaining about frequent power cut.

Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Dated 23rd November 2019

To

The Editor,

The Hindustan Times,

Ghaziabad.

Subject: Frequent load shedding in Ghaziabad.

Sir,

Through the columns of your esteemed national newspaper, I would like to express my concern on the crisis of frequent load shedding in Ghaziabad.

In spite of lodging several complaints with the power department, nothing has been done and Ghaziabad continue to face frequent load shedding for the last three weeks. Due to this the people are facing much hardship.

Both parents and their children are upset with the frequent power cut as the annual final exams has already commenced.

Long and frequent power cut increased crimes and criminal action. It must also be noted that it is the common people, the low income and poor groups of people who suffer the most during load shedding because they cannot afford to buy generators.

I therefore appeal to the power department and the authorities to look into the matter immediately and restore uninterrupted supply of power to this locality at the earliest.

Yours sincerely,

Neelima

Ghaziabad

Uttar Pradesh
