once upon a time I went to police station to file the case of theft. But I found no one there and after going in a room which was open I saw the police inspector taking bribe . So I felt bad because of the corrupt practice of that person and decided to do something. I called my brother one of the well known orator and told him the situation. He then understood everything and decided to give a speech at the public place. The speech grabbed public attention and that corrupt inspector was removed from his post. I could not find the thief who stole my wallet but did someone that made me smile more.....the given passage is in past tense ....mark as brainy if you liked
