Heya...
I am not completely sure but my theory is something just like this...
She had almost 29 cosmo surgeries and was used to much medication...She was also depressed that night as she spent 48 hrs in the hotel room alone...Maybe drank a little or due to heavy dosage of medicinal drugs..either she became unconscious and suddenly fell down in the bathtub or fell in the bathtub and became unconscious...
But she definitely died due to accidental drowning...
