No ways....zayn has his own rules. During his time in x factor, he left the stage with out a word because he didn't like dancing. And judges noticing the missing contestant, found zayn in backstage. It was Simon who brought his back to stage to dance after having long chat with him...now see..he is quite special...he do just as he likes and cares nothing about its after effect. So he left the band for the same reason. He just wanted to leave , so he left. This reason is alone enogh for zayn
