Answer: According to me
Firstly if the number of jobs increase then it may lead to decrease in poverty line.
Secondly if beggers stop begging and sells some small things along roadside then it may also decrease poverty line.

Poverty Line is the minimum level of income which required to fulfill the basic necessities of life. Those who are below poverty line are known as poor. In rural areas 32 Rs. per day income for a person and in urban areas 47 Rs. per day income for a person is expected.
Two ways to come out from poverty line are given below :-
1. Providing dietary on daily basis to the people below poverty line. Starvation is widely prevalent in some areas where poor aren't even getting one time full meal. So in this situation it is required to provide daily dietary to poor people by the government.
2. Providing employment will also work. The main reason behind poverty is unemployment. If unemployment would be abolished then surely poor would be able to come out from poverty line and they would have a generous life.
