Refer the following :
One mole is defined as No entities of the substance, where No. is equal to Avogadro’s number. The number is generally taken as 6.022 X 10^23. Moles measure quantity of substance.
Mole Concept:
As group of 12 of anything is called one dozen, similarly, 6.022 × 10^23 number of entities is called one mole. The entities may be atoms, molecules or any other particles.
Mole is also called Avogadro constant which is denoted by NA.
As per definition- One mole is the amount of a substance that contains as many particles or entities as there are atoms in exactly 12 g of the C-12 isotope.

Learn the mole concept table :-
MOLE RELATIONSHIP :
1 Mole :- 6.022 × 10^23
•Gram Atomic Mass-GAM
•Gram Molecular Mass-GMM
