( \frac{16}{81} ) {}^{4}  \div ( \frac{32}{243} ) \\  = ( \frac{2 {}^{4} }{3 {}^{4} }) {}^{4}   \div ( \frac{2 {}^{5} }{3 {}^{5} }) \\  =  (\frac{2}{3}  ) {}^{4 \times 4}  \div  (\frac{2}{3} ) {}^{5}  \\  =  (\frac{2}{3} ) {}^{16}  \div ( \frac{2}{3} ) {}^{5}   \\ when \: bases \: are \: same \: in \: division \: \\ form \: we \: subtract \: powers.  so \\  =( \frac{2}{3}  ) {}^{16 - 5}  \\  = ( \frac{2}{3} ) {}^{11}  \\  =  \frac{2048}{177147}

Hey dear!

Here is yr answer.....

=> (16/81)^4 ÷ (32/243)

=> [(2/3)^4]^4 × (243/32)

=> (2/3)^16 × (3/2)^5

=> (2/3)^11

=> 2048/177147
