Adolescence is a transition period towards adulthood. Mostly, children undergoing this period experience several changes, physically and emotionally on their phase towards becoming an adult.

Due to hormonal changes, such as the development of growth hormones and development of oestrogen and testosterone, from a biological point of view, certain changes are prevalent in the behavior of the children.

There are several concerns regarding the kids' mental health due to the increase in their emotional changes, such as sudden anger, sadness, overexcitement and more. But these changes are completely natural and should be controlled in order to attain the maturity for adulthood.

Hope this helps!
