7th question:

we know that both the wall and the bricks are cuboids and the volume of cuboid is lbh

now, for the wall the volume would be 1000 × 400 × 24 cm²

and the volume of one brick is = 24 × 12 × 8 cm²
  { note: 1.5 is written by mistake over there }

now,

n × 24 × 12 × 8 = 1000 × 400 × 24 { n = number of bricks }

n =
[tex] \frac{1000 X 400 X 24 }{24 X 12 X 8} [/tex]

n= 4166 bricks { approx. }

6th question:

we are given the circumference = 17.6
                                           2
 \pi r = 17.6
                                            r = 2.8 m
                                            r = 280 cm

and the curved surface area of dome= 2  \pi
                                                                = 2 × 22/7 × 280 × 280
                                                                = 492800 cm²

cost of painting 100 cm² = rs 5
1 cm² = 5/100
492800 cm² = 5/100 × 492800
                      = rs 24640
