I think it would be difficult for anyone who is still doing MBBS to give away Their books as they are required for reference and also needed once you start studying for the PG.

I would suggest you to buy new book set as they would be required later by you too. Else if not possible you can buy older edition books from the bookstore or ask any of your seniors or any known person who can give it to you.
