√5 + √3 / √5 - √3 = a + b√15

√5 + √3 (√5 + √3) / √5 - √3 (√5 + √3)

= (√5 + √3)^2 / (√5)^2 - (√3)^2

= (√5)^2 + 2*√5*√3 + (√3)^2 / 5 - 3

= 5 + 2√15 + 3 / 2

= 8 + 2√15 / 2

Therefore, a = 8 and b = 2 and then √15
