Answer:

Here's the answer of your question,grab it.

Explanation:

Given-

side of the Pentagon=6cm

Target-

find the area and draw a triangle with the same area.

Area of Pentagon-

(perimeter \times apothem) \div 2

the shape is regular Pentagon so the apothem must be equal to side-

so apothem=6cm

perimeter-

5a

so-

5 \times 6 = 30 \: cm

now we have perimeter,let's use it in the formula-

 \frac{30 \times 6}{2}

 = 90 \:  {cm}^{2}

so we have found the area of Pentagon and it must be equal to the triangle's area .

we can make a right angle with the same area as-

 \frac{1}{2}  \times b \times p

 \frac{1}{2}  \times b \times p = 90

90 \times 2 = b \times p

so we can take the dimensions as-

base = 9</u></em></strong><strong><em><u>0</u></em></strong><strong><em><u>cm

perpendicular = 2 \: cm

hypotenus \:  = 9 </u></em></strong><strong><em><u>2</u></em></strong><strong><em><u>\: cm

I will make a rough diagram for your help.
