Hey friend!!!
Your answer is correct it's 4 (1' methyl, ethyl) heptane.
While nomenclature you need to take care of the following things :
◆ The longest chain of carbon is chosen to be the parent chain.
If the compound contains multiple bonds then the longest chain is chosen in such a way that it includes the multiple bond.
◆If there are more than one ways of choosing the longest chain, choose the chain which has most number of branchings
◆The alkyle group, multiple bonds and functional group are assigned the lowest number.
Priority order is
Functional group > multiple bond > alkyl group
