Yes after the Bhopal Gas Tragedy no other incident of similar scale has take place. But before the Bhopal Gas Tragedy in India - The Chernobyl Disaster took place on 26th April, 1986.
Although the Chernobyl Disaster happened with nuclear fuel & the Bhopal Gas Tragedy occurred with MiC gas, there are some similar aspects like the safety systems being turned off deliberately to save costs.

One of the unfortunate differences is that there were around 3500 deaths & 550,000 lethal infections in the Bhopal Gas Tragedy but during the Chernobyl Disaster there were only 31 deaths due to timely evacuation of the town
