ANYONE THAT CAN TELL HOW 8x is converted in 16x if 9 is also converted into 18

Please Only class 8 and above try and help.

Question :-
AGAIN telling how 8x in
(8x + 5 . 4-3x/2 = 9)
is then converted to 16x in
16x + 20 - 15x = 18
if 9 is converted in 18 ​

 \rm \implies 8x + (5 \times  \dfrac{4 - 3x}{2} ) = 9

Bro, here 2 is multiplied on both sides to remove the denominator part.

If you multiply 2 on both sides, you will get this result,

 \rm \implies2 \times \bigg ( 8x + (5 \times  \dfrac{4 - 3x}{2} ) \bigg) = 18

Use distributive property here.

 \rm \implies 16x + 5 \times ({4 - 3x} )= 18

 \rm \implies 16x + 5 \times4 - 5 \times  3x = 18

 \rm \implies 16x + 20- 15x = 18
