Why sleeping in evening is not good?
Sleep is a natural cyclic state of resting for the mind and the body. A lack of sleep puts you at a higher risk of certain health problems such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, weight gain, etc.
If you nap in the morning, the sleep consists primarily of light NREM (and possibly REM) sleep. In contrast, napping later in the evening, as your sleep drive increases, will comprise more deep sleep. This, in turn, may disrupt your ability to fall asleep at night. Therefore, napping late in the day is discouraged.
Why We Should Not Sleep In Evening
Dawn and dusk are important times in a day as per the Hindu tradition. It is said that during those moments when the day and night meet each other, the gods enter the houses to bless the inmates. Therefore, it is said we must always try to keep ourselves ready and prepared to receive their blessings during those times rather than sleeping and avoiding them.
