Solutions :-

Let the earnings of Aon and Eon be 3x and 2x respectively.

According to the question,

  =  > \frac{3x - 1000}{2x - 1000}  =  \frac{5}{3} \\  \\   =   > 3( 3x - 1000) = 5(2x - 1000) \\   \\  =  > 9x - 3000 = 10x - 5000 \\  \\  =  > 10x - 9x = 5000 - 3000 \\  \\  =  > x = 2000

Therefore,
Earnings of Aon = 3x = 3 × 2000 = Rs 6000
Earning of Eon = 2x = 2 × 2000 = Rs 4000

Hence,
The earnings of Aon and Eon be 6000 and 4000 respectively.

\bf\huge\boxed{\boxed{\bf\:Hello\:Mate}}}

Suppose the earnings of Aon and Eon = 3p and 2p

Information by the question,

\bf\huge\frac{3p-1000}{2p-1000} = \frac{5}{3}

3(3p - 1000) = 5(2p - 1000)

9p - 3000 = 10p - 5000

10p - 9p = 5000 - 3000

p = 2000

Hence :-

Earning of Aon = 3p

= 3 × 2000

= 6000

Earning of Eon = 2p

= 2 × 2000

= 4000

Earnings of Aon and Eon = 6000 and 4000
