Let the earnings of Aon and Eon be 3x and 2x respectively.


According to the question,


$= > \frac{3x - 1000}{2x - 1000} = \frac{5}{3} \\ \\ = > 3( 3x - 1000) = 5(2x - 1000) \\ \\ = > 9x - 3000 = 10x - 5000 \\ \\ = > 10x - 9x = 5000 - 3000 \\ \\ = > x = 2000$


Therefore,
Earnings of Aon = 3x = 3 × 2000 = Rs 6000
Earning of Eon = 2x = 2 × 2000 = Rs 4000


Hence,
The earnings of Aon and Eon be 6000 and 4000 respectively.
