Apart from the minimum wages law , several more laws should be inacted in the market situation as one person is working too hard and getting a salary of ₹15,000 and the some jobs at a higher post has to do less work and gets a salary of ₹1,50,000. This difference should be changed and the salary or wages should be fixed according to the work and hard work one is doing.
