apology letter for late submissions of notebook .

i have written this letter in order to apologize for the late submission of the notebook has i had been gone for a few days to india to participate in my cousins wedding.

For this reason i had a lot of pending work to complete for 2 weeks. Until recently have i received a notebook for completion of my work. this was the reason why my notebook was submitted late. I had spent a lot of time in order to complete my work

I apologize for my mistake and in future i shall complete my work on time no matter what issue my take place
