Answer:

A "Apomixis" seeds are produced without any reductional division, meiosis, and fertilization.

Explanation:

A "Apomixis" is a form of asexual reproduction with the presence of seeds.

However, the apomictic seeds are not the result of fertilization.

In case of "apomixes," the female gametophyte present in ovule is formed without any "reductional division."

The diploid egg formed in an embryo sac may develops into embryo without fertilization.

The "apomictic" seeds are produced without getting involved in "meiosis" and "fertilization."

For example:

Species:  "Asteraceae" also get includes in the "polyembryony."

Therefore, apomixis is a form of asexual reproduction mimicking sexual reproduction.

Apomixes:

Apomixes is the process of reproduction in plants where the female ovule is produced as a result of mitosis instead of meiosis. So, the female ovule is diploid in place of haploid.

Although, the process of apomixes has many similar features with that of sexual reproduction, like the process of apomixes also produces seeds and also has similar fruits. But, the overall process is different because no fertilization between pollen and the ovule is encountered here.Plants of "asteraceae family" undergo this type of apomixes.
