Respected Sir,
Most humbly I am to inform you that I have some urgent domestic works to attend because my parents left town to attend the wedding if a relative.
Therefore, I earnestly request you to consider my request favourably and grant me leave for two days, that is on the 28th to 30th of July 2019.
I shall remain ever grateful to you for your kindness.
