Dear Sir,

As we discussed earlier, I would like to seek permission for a week leave to attend the Name of festival from aug 31 to sep 6.

As you know, my home town is in M.P and the festival is one of the few chances I get to spend time with them..

I will complete my all dead line tashs before I head out on my break. If there are any questions, I can be reached on my cell phone.

If you approve my leave, I will be back to work from sep 7.
