respected sir,
sir I want a half day leave tomorrow as I have a doctor appointment .actually I have asthama and nowadays this is problem is occurring very much .so I have to show the doctor.and can't take a full day leave from school as I have exam and the attendance is also important .so I planned to take the half day leave after giving the exam in school.
I will be grateful to you if you kindly grant me a half day leave tomorrow .
