Sir,
with due respect, I would like to ask you for the permission to play loudspeakers in Saraswati puja. The puja is on the 10th of the month. I assure that we'll put them off after ten in the night. Also, I give my full assurance that we'll play them in the volume by which no one would be disturbed. I hope you'll consider my request and grant me the permission for the same.
