first add the nos. 4 , 6 , 7, 0 leaving the corresponding nos. and we get

then , add the remaining i.e. 6 , 2 , 2 , 7 and we get

17

lastly , subtract the two sum

17 - 17 annd we get 0

so , for a number to be divisible by 11 the difference between the two sums should be 0 or a no. divisible by 11

since , the difference is 0

therefore , 46627207 is divisible by 11 .
