I appreciate the role government in solving the problem of international migration in india,as The Emigration Act,1983 was implemented.the act is the indian law governing migration and employment of indians abroad.It also lays out conditions to safegaurd the interests of workers emigrating for employment.Embassies set up by Indian Government in different countries are expected to follow legal procedures and protect the welfare of international migrants as given in Emigration Act.
