(1). The poem Nose Versus Eyes is written by the poet William Cowper who beautifully displayed the unusual argument between the nose and the eyes. He also set the tongue as a lawyer of nose into the argument.

(2). The tongue as a lawyer was in favor of nose and said that the spectacle are made for the nose and vice versa. Also, the poet amazingly kept a question that will there be any spectacle if there would be no nose on the face. The nose gives the support to the spectacle.
