Aqueous solution of NaOH conducts electricity just because it dissociates hydrogen ions or H+ ions in water while alcohol fails to do so.

here is your answer :-
NaOH is a ionic compound whereas alcohol is a covalent compound.
therefore, NaOH in water gets ionised which conducts electricity whereas alcohol didn't get ionised and hence , fails to conduct electricity.
