From Condition 1,

$x = y - 5 \\ x - y = - 5$

From Condition 2,

$(y + 4) = 2(x + 4) \\ y + 4 = 2x + 8 \\ 2x - y = 4 - 8 \\ 2x - y = - 4$

Subtract Equation 1 From Equation 2,
