Given - Dimensions of tile and kitchen floor

Find - Number of tiles required

Solution - The number of tiles Arbaz need is 396.

To find the number of tiles required, we will divide the area of area of kitchen floor by area of single tile.

Finding area of kitchen floor -

Area = length * breadth

Area = 220*180

Area of kitchen floor = 39,600 cm².

Finding area of one tile -

Area of tile = side²

Area of tile = 10²

Area of tile = 100 centimetres

Number of tiles required = 39,600/100

Number of tiles required = 396

So, the number of tiles Arbaz need is 396.
