An arc is a part of the circumference . The angle subtended by an arc (or chord) on any point on the remaining part of the circle is called an inscribed angle. The angle subtended at the centre of a circle by an arc is double the angle subtended by it on any point on the remaining part of the circle.

The two ar properties are.....
1. the angle subtended by an Arc on any point on the remaining part on the circle is called an inscribed angle .
2. the angle subtended at the centre of a circle by an Arc is doubled the angle subtended by it on any point on the remaining part of the circle .

Arc LengthThe length of the curved arc line. See Arc Lengthpage for more.RadiusThe radius of the circle of which the arc is a part.
See Radius of an Arc for ways to calculate the arc radius when you know other properties of the arc.Central AngleThe angle subtended by the arc to the center of the circle of which it is a part. This angle is always twice the peripheral angle (see below). See Central Angle definition for more.Inscribed AngleThe angle subtended by the arc to any point on the circumference of the circle of which it is a part. This angle is always half the central angle (see above). SeeInscribed Angle of an Arc for more.
