Step-by-step explanation:

He will observe that KMNO4 will get diffused uniformly in both beaker but in hot water beaker more fast.

We observe that the hot water turns pink more fastly rather than cold water.

Potassium permanganate is a crystal of pink colour when it is dissolved in hot water it get collide and diffuses more rapidly than cold water.

hence, the observation will be that the hot water solution turns pinkish more faster than cold water.

In case of cold water the kinetic energy of water molecules is not sufficient to diffuse potassium permanganate more faster.
