It can be observed that in beaker A, potassium permanganate crystals dissolved more rapidly as compared to beaker B.
When potassium permanganate crystals are introduced in water, the water molecules collide with the surface of crystals. Due to this, the crystals get diffused in water changing the colour of the solution. In hot water, the rate of diffusion is more than in cold water. Therefore, change of colour of the solution is observed at a faster rate in hot water than in cold water.
