Milk is mostly water (with a bunch of salts already dissolved in it!), and depending on which salt (AgCl, amphetamine sulphate, etc.), and how much, it will most likely not differ significantly from what would happen if you mix that salt with water. Water soluble salts will dissolve, water insoluble salts will be suspended while mixing, but since they do not dissolve, depending on the density, they will likely precipitate at the bottom.
