Are cyclohexane and hexane isomers of each other? Justify your answer with

Here is your answer...

According to me these are not the isomers of each other..
Because isomers means carbon atoms are same but the arrangement is different different.. and have same molecular formula..
Here hexane have molecular formula C6H14
but cyclo hexane have molecular formula C6H12

So these are not the isomers of each other..

Well they are not because the chemical formula is getting changed. Hexane is C6H14 whereas cyclohexane is C6H12. Hence here the chemical properties differ and hence they are not isomers of each other. Hope it helps you. Cheers mate.
