Are dreams and nightmares real?? Why would anyone get a dream or a nightmare about his/her own life? would it happen in reality? justify.​

You can get a nightmare or a dream, there is no reason why exactly this happens, i take it as it comes when i think abt it and sleep and sometimes when you do something wrong or bad then also it can come.
