no in stationary objects electrons are compactly packed so they don't move only vibrate

I think it's not necessary for them to move in a stationary object only as they move in our body also for ex:- you can take example of a cone with Raveena dry hairs and after that we take it watch the small pieces of paper and which attracts them how do we happen it's happened because after rubbing the scale or come in our hairs it get negatively charged .
as electrons transfered from our. hair to comb
