yes human beings are acting as parasite on plants because the demand of human beings is growing rapidly and forests are being cut down at a very increased rate due to this you can say that humans are acting as a parasite because we are not giving the nature something and we are just taking it. this is not a symbiotic relationship this is parasitic nature
