Yes humans are good conductor electricity because almost entire part of human body is made up of water .i.e. almost 90% of our body is made up of water
And we know that water is a good conductor of electricity (except distilled water)
and even humans have minerals in their body

Due to all these reasons Humans are good conductor of electricity

In our body, we have  a lot of water, ions and minerals. So the body is a conductor. The resistance in some parts of the body is not very high.

Inside the body, the nervous signals carry small potentials. So body does have signal conducting channels too.
