There are different views on insecticides being harmful to human beings or not.

Some insecticides on low exposure doesn't pose any immediate threat but going by history, it is seen that, that same insecticide could make a greater negative impact in longer course of time.

Hence, even in low concentration, it isn't easy to say if insecticides are safe or not.
