Are lines l and m parallel to each other in the following figure. Give reasons for your answer. plz help me , I don't know how to do it .​

Answer:

No they aren't parallel.

The linear pair of 60° is 120°

How? angles in linear pair are supplimentary i.e their sim ks 180

So 180-60 = 120

For the lines to be parallel it should have to be 109° instead of 120° .

Therefore they are not parallel
