No,nonmetals are not malleable and ductile but metals are.

those are both properties of a metal. None metals are poor conductors of heat electricity and are insulator the only exception is graphite which is a mom metal made purely of carbon atoms, meaning graphite conducts electricity.
non metals are poor conductors of heat. they are also brittle  meaning the shatter easily adding to the fact that they aren't ductile. They aren't strong or hard wearing , also supporting the fact that they aren't malleable as they break easily.
