Only Oswal is good but maybe you should also try and solve sample question paper given on the CBSE website and also from Diksha App. Those two are heavily recommended by the teachers. You should keep practicing and remember to only practice from the sample papers which have the NEW question paper pattern.

I went through many sample papers before finally purchasing one because I wanted the best for myself. I have done a lot of research and drawn a comparison on the basis of-

• Latest question paper pattern of CBSE- I was searching for a book which can provide case study based questions, assertion, reason-based questions and inference based questions (in English). And I found all of these in Educart and Arihant.
• Quality of solutions- I found Educart the in terms of quality solution key which includes detailed step-by-step explanation, even for MCQs, with related theory in science subject that helps in solving more questions related to the topic.
• The number of sample papers- My teacher suggested me to solve at most ten sample papers before my exams. So keeping this point in mind, I searched for the books with 10+ solved sample papers and I found that only in Xam Idea and Educart.
