Marrying within caste means marrying your 6 th, 7 th,8th....... cousin .First cousin and you have common Grand Parent , 5 th cousin and you had common 4 th great grand parents ,7 th cousin and you had common 6 th grand parents . First grand parent means the parent of your grand parents. Your 6 th grand parents lived around 450 years ago but you and your 7 th cousin will have 0.0125 percentage of same genes . Inbreading can cause dangerous genetic mutation if you bread with your blood relative . However chances are extremely low if you are doing that with your 7 th cousin compared to 1st cousin but there is still a chance that the next generation will suffer from albinism , mental retardation ,sickel cell Anemia etc due to those mutation . You should not marry in your caste and convey this information to as many people in order to prevent this kind of situation..
