3Any party should not force people to vote them on basis of caste,religion or any other social background
also all parties mustnt use any fraud and malpractise for winnin
4 Elections should be contested regularly and party in power should have an equal chance of loosing the election.

no, the election are not sufficient to justify there are areas where elections happen but not in a fair way .
