Are the exterior angles formed at each vertex of a triangle equal?

Not necessarily,

For an equilateral ttiangle. all the exterior angles will be equal to 120 degree.

However for an Isosceles triangle, the exterior triangle formed by producing the equal side will be equal.

For a scalene triangle the exterior angles will never be equal.
