a) The first case is not democratic, because the daughter is not been provided with the option of choosing her partner for marriage. Every one has their own right to choose , speak and live peacefully.

b) The second case is undemocratic, because the students are not allowed speak or clear out their queries to the teacher. A teacher must always teach, help , guide a student.

c) The third case is democratic, because the employers were provided with the option to speak, where they could let the officer know about their ongoing problem regarding their working hours. Employers should have a fixed enjoyable working hours.
