They are enshrined in Part III, article 12-35 in the Constitution. There are six fundamental rights which include Right to Equality, Right to Freedom, Right against Exploitation, Cultural and Educational Rights and Right to Constitutional Remedies. Fundamental rights are basic and fundamental to our constitution.
