Indian constitution recognized our six fundamental rights which are right to freedom, right to freedom of religion, right to live, right to equality, right against exploitation, cultural and educational rights and right to constitutional remedies.


Yes these fundamental rights are basic to our constitution as these are equal for every citizen living in the country irrespective of caste and religion.
