Fundamental rights are the essential human rights that are offered to every citizen irrespective of their caste, religion, breed, place of birth, race, gender, etc. These are equal to freedom and these rights are essential for personal good and the society at large.

The Constitution guarantees six fundamental rights to the Indian citizens –
